For the submission of requests, users are invited to submit forms via the Optimy platform. Optimy S.A., Brussels, hosted by Amazon Web Services, 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, Luxembourg, manages this platform and the cloud management is outsourced to Skyscrapers (Komiteitstraat 48, B2170 Merksem, Belgium).
1. OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER
Access to the site is via the Internet. The user declares that they is aware of the risks and accepts them. They must protect themselves against the effects of computer piracy by adopting an appropriate and secure computer configuration.
The MFEA shall not be held liable for any damage that the user may suffer directly or indirectly in connection with browsing this site and using its services as well as the Internet sites to which it refers.

5. RETENTION PERIOD
Your Data is kept in a form that allows you to be identified for a period of 5 years from the date of your event or project or the processing of your request, as appropriate.
The above retention periods apply without prejudice to possible further processing for compatible purposes, in particular for statistical or scientific research purposes or for archival purposes in the public interest (in particular their retention by the National Archives) or for the purposes of ongoing legal proceedings.
6. THE TRANSFER OF YOUR DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY
